I am attempting to construct a T-maze of my own to run an assay like this but I have a few questions for the constructor of this apparatus - it appears to work very well:
1) How did you make this T-maze
2) How did you extract the lone fly from a vial/batch of flies to load into the starting point.
3) Once the fly makes a choice to either of the vertical tubes, how do you get it out to perform repeated trials?
