  • @marmendariz0407 It has omega 3 fatty acids. Heart friendly and helps control blood pressure and lower cholesterol levels. I put it in my protein shakes.

    I started p90x today! I'm so proud. I finally pushed play. And I'm really committed this time. Chest and back bleww me out though. How do they do so may damn push ups? It's crazy. Anyway, I'm proud for starting my new life. Keep postin vids, and keep bringin it girl!!

  • Banana, spinach, and frozen mango smoothie. Throw some flax seeds in there. It's really good. One of my fav smoothies.

    I really want to switch to natural peanut butter. I passed it today at the store, but I didn't grab it. I will next time though.

  • i am so with you on the honey dew and the cantelope it taste gross! lol i can eat water melon but its not a must have I can go the entire year or the rest of my life not feeling deprived if I never have watermelon but the other two, yuk! lol

  • You must try Trader Joes natural peanut butter with flax seed. INCREDIBLE !!!! ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE !!!!

  • OMG! Why have I fallen in love with the pita pockets?! I started P90X on last Monday, and I have been eating pita pocket sandwiches for lunch. I've been using those Tyson chicken strips you talked about in your other video, and I mix it with a bunch of spring greens, with a tiny bit of balsamic vinaigrette...Looove iiiit....LOL...Great haul!

  • @Barginjunkie69 Yea, I think it is, I buy it in the bulk section, it's cheaper. I'll be adding it to my protein shakes and cereal as well.
