You should've come to Baguio! Manila is nice, but it's hot...Baguio on the other hand is cooler (temperature) because it's in the mountains and there, you can see a lot more BALUT (bah-lot, not BAH-loot) vendors...If and when you do come back, please come to Baguio...it's farther, more polluted and a little crazy, but most people find it a little less hectic when compared to Manila

you pronounce "salamat" and "tubig" well... they sell "balut" at night usually in compound type of residency, and only few malls sell that... 2 hours from airport to manila?!? that is quit long either it was really because of heavy traffic or the taxi driver took advantage of you... inform me on your next visit and if i am available i would be more than happy to accommodate you... and i will also bring you balut...

Balut is a, typically, 15 day old fertilized egg eaten in almost every way. Usually a duck egg if i'm not wrong. the baby unborn duck has fur and organs and eyes and all that
