either the punto is broken, not a GT, the passengers are heavy as hell or the driver can't drive for sh!t.

'86 Golf GTI 1.8, 139 HP: 29s
I don't have 0-1000m for the Punto GT, so here's the Punto HGT - which is known to be a tiny bit slower than the GT in acceleration:
'99 Punto HGT 1.8, 132 HP: 29.9s
So the HGT, which is 100kg heavier and has 7 HP less than the Golf, is virtually just as fast (same topspeed, btw). Guess what this means for the GT...
