@kawaiigoods1 you're welcome! this would be a great recipe to try. personally I like them better the next day after the kiwi has been absorbed more into the cupcakes, but this could be fixed by soaking the kiwis in some sugar before folding them into the batter

@GRAYSTARLING they are! I'm still preparing the frosting but the cupcakes themselves are good. I think I'll roll the kiwis in some of the evaporated cane juice before folding them in next time since I have more of a sweet tooth :P
