Hey, i was wondering what head gear you were using. Is it one of those items that speed up casting speed? Thanks in advance. And if you can, could you translate the name? So far i have one item called: Har/quick. I think it's one of the best but there's another one called sori/smart. I'm not sure if any one of those are any better or the same but Har/quick gives technic speed up BUT sori/smart gives technic speed up and technic range down(which is a bad thing).
