This is really really bad science...omg...i really hope it was some kind of stunt to get more budget or something along this lines or else NASA might be run by monkeys.
And why are scientists nowadays the anti-Newton? Almost all of them are highly specialized minds, good (or not so good for that matter) at one thing but stupid at everything else.
@GodHatesPortugal Yes, history books speak for themselves, so go pick one up and read something about Europe in the middle ages. Actually, just open your eyes and see the mind control Islam has over the middle east. When civilization adopts a 2+2=5 philosophy li yours, knowledge is doomed. Christianity is nothing but stolen ideas from other pagan religions to get more members.
@stirwins333 Go read about Europe AFTER the Middle Ages and how Christianity arts, culture and science formed a great team. A check out History books regarding to what happened to every civilization that lost its religion, they are very clear. Apparently your knowledge of History matches your intellect. Unabomber was right, you "scientism" types are the dumbest people around...
@GodHatesPortugal I've taken quite a few European history classes in college. Science and Christianity didn't form a great team as you say. Christianity attempted to keep science down by calling anyone who questioned the doctrine a heretic and summarily torturing and murdering them. That does not allow for the free exchange of ideas, nor does it allow any kind of scientific breakthrough. A religious mentality is a fatalistic one, and that kind of mentality breeds stupidity.
@stirwins333 European history classes in college and yet you know nothing about the Renaissance?!? But then again, universities are designed to produce robots that worship the State so it isnt surprising.
PS - Our banker/finances/media rulling class is really interested in shoving christianity down our throats...lol...
PS -The Encyclopedia of Wars (New York: Facts on File, 2005) was compiled by nine history professors who specifically conducted research for the text for a decade in order to chronicle 1,763 wars. From over 10,000 years of war 123 wars, which is 6.98 percent, are considered to have been religious wars.
Humanism - 1640 Religion - 123 And thanks to science and whore scientists wars became worst and worst. Worship of science?! Hiroxima? Gas attacks in WW1? Polution? No thank you...
@GodHatesPortugal My level of intellect clearly doesn't match yours. See, while I actually like the ideas of watching, documenting cycles and forming hypotheses on why this is happening, and performing experiments until either proven or dis proven. You figure you know it all because of an ancient doctrine that was written by zealots filled with fallacies, contradictions and an agenda to make you follow their cult. Clearly you're the intelligent one here.
@GodHatesPortugal Also, before you tout your religion as the best, do some actual historic research outside of your holy book that was written by the zealots Do some research on religion. Christianity stole nearly EVERY ritual that it calls unique from Mithraism, which was the popular religion of the time to get more people into the fold. Eventually Christianity was adopted by the ruling class, and with the money and power they and the church had, it was forced on everyone.
What will the Christians say when we find organisms on other planets and moons....ruh roh, better figure it out soon, else your mind control over the masses may begin to wane.
Too bad this is turning out to be really dumb science. And control over masses are collectivist materialist/atheist ideologies. History books speak for themselfs, when a civilization adopts a 2+2=4 outlook that civilization is doomed, History books speak for themselfs.
And Science is nothing but a surrogate activity and scientists were always the biggest pack of corrupted whores...this episode shows it once again.
How do we call the "genetic code" after this finding? I don't know the binding pattern with arsenic, but perhaps it would be called DeoxyArsenic Nucleic Acid'?
How is the structure and subsequent replication, transcription, and translation different than in DNA?

This should be remembered forever, because it seems like it is almost as important as Einstein's theory of relativity, in a different way.
It completely changes like everything!
