  • i was eating one while watching, and like you saud i feel so full :) thanks

  • I like peanut butter a lot. However, recently I've paid attention to hydrogenated oil, trans fat. When I look at the commercial peanut butter, Skippy, JIF or whatever, that are not labeled "Natural", they all have hydrogenated oil in them. I have been eating peanut butter since I was a kid and never heard about hydrogenated oil and so far I feel okay overall Do you think hydrogenated oil in peanut butter really that bad? If yes, how come govt didn't stop them from put it into the PB?

  • I have recently turned to vegetarianism and I am also very weight conscious: I was curious about peanut butter and it's fat content....thanks for the information!

  • i lost 80lbs adding peanut butter in my diet, though of course other changes and exercise. However, i do have a question, i want my belly to be flat and sexy and i want my hips to get smaller, what do i do?

  • Peanut butter offers the good "fats" for your diet mainly the monounsaturated type! Lose weight, protect your heart, and other benefits can be derived by eating peanut butter! Peanut butter is a super food for sure. Does anybody remember the peanut butter diet around 1999 from the editors of Prevention magazine?

Thanks for the comment brotha! No i don't remember, I was only 10 in 99' lol

  • The fats in peanut butter are actually healthy for the body as discussed in the video! Thanks for the comment though, it is appreciated.

  • As long as its fat free its good! and don't eat toast unless its wheat or something healthy like that , it has too much carbs but i guess its good for the morning

  • @luvstosplooge14 its not false, another biggg mistake people do is put natural/fatfree peanut butter in their protien shakes after workouts. The whole point of a shake after workout for a fast digestive protien, peanut butter takes loong time to digest

  • @tehrunescapefreak btw there is no such thing as fat free peanut butter... Only reduced.

  • @tehrunescapefreak did you not watch the entire video?
