@SirTsixlas Thanks - I noticed it says 'phonetic', so I'm guessing it's what I initially thought, i.e. that a listener just transcribed the sounds. Still, can't be that easy to find people who can speak cajun!

@beardfacee These lyrics are phonetic, as far as i know things there are no established lycis since Dr John has not confirmed them. Roumor has it the lyrics are a mixture of masses, including misa criola, and only he knows what exactly he is saying, since his accent is extremely difficult to inderstand, but in general the lyrics shoud be a mass.... Then again i could be wrong.

Πανούτσου) Είναι η γλώσσα που μιλάνε οι κρεόλ της νότιας Λουιζιάνας (ΗΠΑ) γι' αυτό φέρνουν πολύ σε γαλλικά (άλλωστε στη Louisiana οι πρώτοι άποικοι ήταν Γάλλοι, εξού και το όνομα Louisiana..
