Abajo esta toda la respuesta, pero te digo otra forma siguiendo el mismo metodo:

Con el Jdownload abierto copia el link de youtube, baja el video en MP4 1080p

Despues usa algun recodificador de video y transformalo a WMV, yo uso Total Video Converter, pero hay varios más, aunque ninguno más complejo en cuanto a opciones de edición de formato que total video xD

@RicoSuave602 Google "KeepHD", then copy this link onto the site. Choose mp4 format, then download. once you download it you need to convert it to WMV, "Leawo Video Converter Ultimate" is the best I think... then you can right click on the WMV file, and set as Desktop background, BUT first you need to download the Dreamscene Enabler for Windows 7 :-)
