@mrsensational15 Thanks for looking and thinking of Don Juan. Unfortunately owning a dog costs a good bit of money. Vet visits, heartworm pills, vaccines, food, toys and supplies can easily run between $300-$600 a year. I'm sure your mom is not just thinking about the adoption fee (which is only part of the medical bill I paid for Don Juan) but about all the rest of the cost involved too. When you are old enough and have a place of your own you can adopt a dog then! :)
@cvc812 We have cats and other dogs. We can't take on another pet. He is a real sweetie and does deserve a home that can give him lots of love and attention. Too bad you can't keep him....you and he look great together. He seems to have an awful lot of boxer in him. He's so cute!
