  • ive had my ffs op 3 days ago and i agree you should do it bit by bit the pain itself is terrible, i look like one ugly pup right now. xoxo

  • @dizyrache I strongly suggest getting aleve for the pain instead of tylenol or ibuprofen. It lasts much longer, helps you get better sleep.

  • @TrannyGirl15 Aleve causes internal bleeding! fyi Google it

  • CAN U ASK U A (?)... BC NOOO OTHER TRANSSEXUAL SEEM TO WANT TO HELP ME..... OK IM A TS MY SELF AND I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO GET THE FFS..BUT I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT I CAN GET BACK SURGERY TO MAKE MY BACK LOOK LIKE A FEMALES BACK??? IS THERE A WEB SITE I CAN LOOK THAT UP????

  • @lipzpoppin DR ZUKOWSKI DOES WHAT HE CALLS "BODY SCULPTING" AS WELL AS FFS. YOU SHOULD GOOGLE HIM UP AND CONTACT HIM TO TALK ABOUT IT.

  • the swelling makes you look like a little girl with puppy fat. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished result.

  • I hope it all turned out well after the swelling went down. Don't be so sad, you are a very pretty girl and very passable. I'd never be able to come up with 20k for FFS, as I see it now. Who knows? To a poster below, my experience with Estrogen is that is does help with making the face more feminine. I know it so, it's my face that I looked at in the mirror and saw the change. It may be just a bit of fat being moved around, but it did work. Surgery will only get rid of brow ridges andsuch

  • ...

  • you are pretty

  • How old are you?? sorry I am just curious

  • your pretty =)

  • Comment removed

  • Give it time for the swelling to go down and you will see you will look alot better in the end.

  • I wonder what you look like now that more time went by,, did the swelling go down, and do you feel better?

  • how old r u

  • ok so you are becoming a woman, but is Erin yor Girlfriend?? are u going to be a lezbian female or is Erin a guy? im so confused

  • hello, my question is did u make surgeries on your adam apple too?bec hmmm yea i like your voice. it sounds beautiful. Good luck to u (:

  • OMG u already look like a full on female, like i have seen u in the past videos and now theres no question that u look fully female

  • thank u for sharing this, its helping my transition.

  • Beautiful :-)

  • Damm it ! Dear your surgery came out good. You look very young and passable. Give your face time to heal ! I have been to them all except for Dr. S. All the photo of before and after to me look passable before the surgery. I'm on the very bottom end with no hope. How would you like to have that type of a problem that FFS would not help. You certainly now dont have to put up with the supit stares from people that I have to everyday for 30 something years.

  • OMG!!!!!!! I have been watching your videos for a long time and i must say i am deeply impressed by your ffs results,. don't worry about your results. you look completely female.

  • The problem is that there seems to be a fantasized feminine face for you. In your previous videos, you explain what kind of face girls have: round cheeks, small jaw, less rounded forehead etc. Now, that's the technical, theoretical vision of things. There is no such woman. Before, you did look like a more angular kind of beauty, which really looked fine with your clear eyes and pale skin... Beauty is more than the sum of the parts. It's being oneself and a unique combination.

  • I Don't known what your complaining about you look wonderful and I think Dr Z did a great job you certainly don't look like a man....and I known many many girls who would kill to have your face.

  • I have to agree.....you look gorgeous..... I don't know how I stumbled upon you, NICE RACK too! Hope you are happy even though the dr. wasn't all that you had hoped for.

  • well the work LOOKS fantastic! Truly

  • Did she take hormones before the surgery? When youre young, doesnt estrogen help in feminizing the face? I assumed transexuals above forty get FFS, not someone as young as this person.

  • Then you are misinformed. Plenty of people my age get it. Once you're past puberty, it's the only way to undo the effects of testosterone on your face.

  • @TrannyGirl15 Hi There, There is so many issues that people dont understand. Thank You for sharing your story. Very brave of you to go through this... All the best for your future... Saisha

  • @ssnader

No hormones will not feminize your face. Hormones will reduce some of the muscle and add some fat to your face, but that is all.

  • I'm sorry you felt pressured during this process...but you look absolutely gorgeous, even with the swelling.

I don't know if you've already answered this but I'm just wondering why you got a cheek implant only on one side?

  • Because Dr. Zukowski insisted I do so, claiming my face was assymetrical and I would be disappointed with the results if I didn't.

  • i think i heard you mention in one of the videos that you paid around 25,000 + for your surgery...

thats pretty expensive, were you able to get a loan for this or did you pay it all up front?

  • $19500 USD. I paid for $18000 USD up front, put the rest on my credit card.

  • The only though I'm left with is, I hope you continue to recover. I guess that would mean it would be to much to ask then, for me to ask me FFS to make only subtle changes to my face, without the cheek implants?

  • I say sue your dentist for the pain

  • Now that you had cross that bridge before I do, as others here had already said is to allow yourself enough healing time. I don't know wither your into this but, meditation does help to relax both the body and mind. Okay so there is some swelling going on, but stay positive and focus, you are 100% pretty, now give yourself time to get used to the complete transformation, congratulations!

  • My advice is to chill out. You have to wait until at least 3 months out before you can really start getting judgmental about your looks. I know it's hard, I've been there, done that. I can tell you it took me 3.5-4 weeks to get back to normal. Cut yourself LOTS of slack, the first month can be a mental mind f*ck. Stay strong and keep busy doing stuff. Go out! Get your mind of of it. Trust me in time things will get much better.

  • Its so sad to hear you sounding so disserppointed but honestly it really suprises me as I think you look so so pretty. 100% passable without question!!! Keep your spirits up i think you should be so confident when you walk down the street, you look gorgeous xxx

  • Keep a positive attitude. Some people heal faster than others. Your body has to heal at it's own rate. Some depression is to be expected after surgery. The body gas to get used to being w/o the anesthetics you were on during surgery and any painkillers you were prescribed for post-surgery.

I'm sure you'll be fine! Take care!

  • let me just say, you are still VERY swollen! and it's only 20 days! you will heal much moreee!

  • I can still tell it's you and you look wonderful. I hope you are doing better. You are more beautiful to others than you realize just yet. Don't give up.. hugs

  • You really are very pretty! I am sorry that you have some regrets right now, but please be a little bit more patient, the pain will pass and your face is so beautiful. Seriously, I would love to go out with you! You are beautiful!

  • You are so pretty. I so want to take you out./

  • You might want to try glutamine to help you heal:)

It's an amino acid which is very important in healing and regeneration;)

Every time you are injured or have had an intense workout your glutamine levels drop and need to be replenished....

Your surgery took alot out of you and your glutamine levels may have been below normal this entire time!

That could be why it's taking you so long to heal...

  • you look really cute, 100% female and beatiful.

  • Wow !!! , you look as GG as anyone I've ever seen Wow !!! amazining indeed , cant say that i would envy all the pain tho,but you look great , congratz....

  • Je suis très contente pour vous, ma chère!

  • You look very beautiful, & as natural as ANY natal female. You comment about your younger look. Embrace your younger look it is a gift from God! Your doctor did an EXCELLENT work. You should really be so thankful you have a cute face at such a very young age. If only We of my generation had what is available today when we were your age! Don't be nit picky, you can always find little faults no matter what. Don't regret, don't be angry about anything! Enjoy LIFE! You LOOK WONDERFUL!! You DO!!!!!!

  • Perhaps you need someone to come round and take you out and get you back to being social :)

  • Keep your spirits up. You look amazing and you'll see the end results once the swelling goes done and you're healed. You've come such a long way in your transition and been very courageous to publically video blog your journey. I think of everything, I admire that you are following your heart <3

  • i think you look very good for what i see now , but i also think that you should be little more patient to see the final result as the swelling is totally away , but that will come good i think

    bye bye

  • You look amazing!

  • where did you get your ffs done?

  • It seems like a long time to you, and of course it would, pain makes time pass by so slowly! But I think you already look wonderful , adorable, very sweet and delicate in a way that's much more natural than makeup -- *tres jolie!* in a way that seems French women can possess that other women can't...

  • What's up with that thing on your head?

  • she had surgery, so she needed to wear it for awhile afterwards.

  • u look really different from before !!

  • I have had my Facial feminization Surgery on the 5th of August here in sydney Australia, under Dr. Peter Haertsch.

I agree that after surgery you do look abit younger, I don't know why this is, maybe due to swelling and is Temporary, I had only FFS proceedure ( Brow Reduction) and my face look young too.

Well at least we didn't have to buy ex[pensive cream's to get this result -lol.

    Best wish'es Caroline. xx

  • you look absolutely fab, really

  • Lack of sleep can make people more paranoid about themselves and people around them. Yea you need more sleep inorder to heal faster.

  • Hi, I just looked at one of your Pre-Op video's and I think you look very much like a girl, even with the puffiness. Hang in there. It looks like you are getting the girl look.

  • Hi, hang in there, don't feel down. You look great.

  • you look beautiful you really r brave

  • no, don't be discouraged about how u look now...swelling makes a big change to a person's face...when ur totally healed, it's gonna be completely different again...i'm sure u'll be satisfied...it's kinda evident that ur looking better as u heal...there's no need to worry....i've seen a lot of that kind and they turned out to be better after the swelling subsided...goodluck...

  • you look great!

  • before, we thought u had a sort of "brooke shields" look...now, more of a "liv tyler" look...but it's still ur own look. don't be down. let the healing happen. u'll be great...

  • we think ur look is leaning towards "angelic"...

  • what a change! i think ur gonna look amazing. my girlfriend is saying, ur gonna look very pretty. we both thought u were pretty before, tho. anyway, all the best. u have alot of courage, & i think u make a great example for anyone in those terms. be well...

  • I think the main problem is your lack of rest because even if you aren't recovering from something, it sucks after a few days of not having ample sleep. Now put that on top of the pain, discomfort and lack of the usual socialization... you must be going through a tough time. I had my SRS done over 2 years ago. It took 6 months for me to completely heal. My suggestion is try to be a little more patient. People here think you are beautiful now. what more after the swelling is gone, right?

  • Hi , I think you looked very nice before FFS, you had an individual look, you only need a few tweaks, you look like a completely different person now.

Dr Z does alot of advetising and self promotion, that is not a good sign!

All the Dr Z patiens i have seen have a very similar look, It make me laugh when people say you get what you pay for, meaning the Thai surgeons and care is not as good as western surgeons , this is clearly not the case! Im so happy i had my surgeries in Thailand

  • you look fantastic. and so wonderful. you are so brave!

  • Did you ask the doctor why he wanted you to accept cheek implants? I'm trying to understand why he pressured you into having cheek implants.

  • Just one implant, because he claims my face needed to be more symmetrical.

  • You are a very courageous woman.

The results of all you've gone through pre an post FFS are simply amazing. Your new ace is now totally feminine. Undoubtedly, you will never ever - again not be taken as a girl. Although your new facial characteristics are different from your prior more masculine features, the overall results are simply fabulous - you already look PRETTY - notwithstanding your swelling! Simply miraculous results.

Please keep us up to date.

    Congratulations.

    Clare

  • your videos are just great .

    thanks¡¡

  • Wow! We swear you are recognizable, and it is not surprising that you and your loves ones are traumatized by the change. Think about how many stages of your transition have been traumatic. You are still you, and once you are physically comfortable and completely healed, we hope you are thrilled. Even the cheek implant did create a nice balance. You were obviously passable before, but you have made sure that no one will ever "challenge" your femininity again! Good kissing will be restored!

  • I am shocked at your results! They are amazing. Please keep us posted

  • You look feminine and beautiful, you just need to get to know yourself from the beginning again.

  • Hey, where's the next update? I get worried when you don't share some news. I hope you are feeling better.

  • WOW U look fabulous!!! What a difference! I hope you can come to a point where u can look in the mirror and say Hi to yourself, and be totally happy...HUGZ

  • If it means anything, I think you look great already! :o)

  • Your results, which are clearly amazing, do more to prove Dr. Z's abilities than anything negative that you can comment about at this point. Your face will more resemble yourself, give it some time. Even after 90 days, you will still be swollen. I had similar feelings right after surgery, but you will feel better as the swelling subsides. Again, you look amazing! Be patient, and you will see.

  • Calm down my friend, things will be better =)

  • Please don't worry ! You will look different after the swelling goes away. You look great now and will continue to get better each day. Live your life and be happy girl !!!!

  • You are a strong woman. Its a honor to know you.You look great.

  • Don't despair! You're truly looking great, even now... in fact, my first reaction was: "why is her younger sister on YouTube instead of her?" So, wow, it's not just that you have a completely new femme look, but you seem to have shed enough years to look like a teenager again — and all that without even your *winning smile* :)

Be patient, and in a few more weeks you'll be able to completely stun your audience — both on YT, and, of course, in real life as well — with your gorgeous look!

  • You do look fantastic. I love that forehead! I had a friend that went to the same surgeon. She had even worse swelling, but she went from not passable ever, to always looking like a women. Her swelling took a very long time to get back to normal. I think you will love it in the end. Keep smiling, OK?

  • You look great.

And you WERE born a girl, just differently from most.

When the swelling goes down, I'm sure you'll be alot happier :)

  • OMG babydoll. I would be honored to introduce you as a young women. Again.. keep your chin up.. ( forgive the pun.. haha ) your doing GREAT !

  • You look great - hang in there

  • Estas hermosa,

  • ive always thought you were beautiful, and i cant believe how feminine the surgery made you.

  • honey takes about 6-8 weeks... Lexi, RN.

  • i agree with u the doctor is butcher.

  • What are you talking about?? You look amazing. keep your chin up!

  • It's only 20 days!! Give yourself the time you need to rest and heal. Work at staying more positive and keep busy on your thesis. You won't regret it.

  • I agree with LauraJaneWalker1. You look wonderful and will even improve with time. The surgeon with the best record of FFS is Dr. Ousterhout, here in San Francisco. He pioneered the process. You will heal in time and look fabulous. Don't feel down, just be patient. Yes, you've got a lot of discomfort to overcome, but remember why you did all of this and be grateful that now you'll never be identified as anything else, but a pretty and lovely young lady. Be happy.

  • You look fantastic..!! please be patient and the swelling will go down.

  • you look great!!!!!! hope the last bit of pain go's away soon.

  • Honey, you will be absolutely beautiful. Your face is now symetrical and femininely proportional. You really have it all going FOR you now. Wearing makeup after you heal will be a pleasure and you will have the perfect pallet on which to paint a gorgeous picture. Stop feeling down and start faking it until you make it, girl. This part is nothing when you compare it to SRS. I am a 53yo TS with no chance of looking as good as you, but I will survive, too. Hugggs.

  • You look great, Be patient, the recovery time for a face surgery is slow, but with some time and patient, you'll see in the mirrow the final result, and finally find that the woman inside of you is living now outside too.

  • Honestly you look wonderful!

  • When your swelling goes down and the pain subsides and you stop freaking out when you look in the mirror....you will be very happy with the results...you are really transformed.

  • well, you're absolutly passable now. But I do agree, you don't look anything like you used to. It's just a change is all. Change takes time. Don't get too down in the dumps, you're still fabulous!!!!

  • Hang in there :) It'll look great after 4-6 months. Stay positive and don't get post-op depression :) Meghan

  • Tthe babyish look iis due mostly to the swelling. A fair part of the fat graft will not take and your body will just eliminate it. In summary you will end up with more defined facial features and a more "stunning" look. Do you not realize how many would love to look as attractive as you do? Count your blessings. Allow yourself and others time to adjust to your still changing looks. It will happen. Also, thankyou for being honest with your feelings.

  • Doing light exercise really helps with speeding up healing and reducing swelling. I swell very easy as well. Don't stress too much over how it looks. The swelling changes the look a lot. Even soon after I had jaw surgery, which did not change the look of my face, some people did not recognize me. For me 80% of the swelling was gone after 2 months, and 95% after six, and 1 year to be totally back to normal.

  • Frankly, I think your overanalyzing your own facial experience. I think you look amazing.

  • I think you look way better. Maybe it's not what you wanted, but I'd be ecstatic if my results turned out like yours.

Have some patience.. you just had your face all cut up and

  • You look really beautiful^^

  • I can understand the pressure factor from this doctor. I was considering him, and canceled my consult. His assistant called and e-mail me constantly for almost two weeks trying to get me to do the consult. That really iritated me, and I ended up just doing a couple of procedures with a more local doctor. As for your healing, it takes time, I am sure you will look great once the swelling goes down. Hang in there!

  • I think you look fine. You do look more child like, but as you get older you face will continue to grow and you'll end up looking more maturer.

  • Owie :(

Yeah FFS hurts, but It's well worth it! I got mine about 4 months ago and I'm still recovering in places! Hope all goes well for ya! :D

  • I think you look really nice, although your face is still swollen. I'm sure it will look different, when the swelling has gone, so don't be sad right now...even if its hard...:)

The very best wishes from Germany!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • I think you're going to be fine!

  • You do sound depressed. Are you getting any aerobic type exercise, walking, bicycle, stationary bike... I think some aerobic exercise would 1) speed up your healing 2) reduce your swelling & 3) definitely improve your mental state. It could get your out of the house, it certainly would imporve your phsych, and it would give you a sense of accomplishing somehitng other than your thesis. Try it worked for me. Gloria

  • Your healing probably will take months, bone is very sensitive. The result looks very good

  • i can't wait to see what you look like after the healing process is over

  • it takes time honey... and surgery causes all sort of different reactions, you'll be able to really see what you look like in a month or so... you'll be fine, you are very pretty. xx

  • you do look really good...even hard to recognize from previous videos...especially the chin area....but of course this sort of big operation is hard on you ...physically and mentally...maybe you did not expect it to be...but it is...and yes it is painful...i guess just hang in there you will heal and feel better

  • Max, just try to take it in short steps - don't constantly be measuring your day to day progress. In reality, 3 weeks is not a very long time, and so shall another three weeks be. You may not have needed it like we said, but don't beat yourself up for it - be happy for what you have when you see your final results. Look on the bright side, as you always do. We love you, and we're here to support you through this!

  • Oh bloody hell...you look great! Consider yourself fortunate. You certainly look every inch a woman. When the swelling goes down you'll look even better. Best wishes.

  • That´s true what you say about that "childish" result, but that´s because you´re still swollen, that over-rounds your appearance. It will change a lot. Look, your chin seems to be too short because your area under your chin is too swollen, once your face be relaxed (about 6 month) your facial features will be VERY delicate!! Quite different than today´s.

Keep your faith, please, don´t get down! we love your courage and deeply admire you a lot!!!!

    Caroline.

  • The hardness under your chin will subside. It took 6 months for all the hardness under my chin to totally soften.

  • You'll be fine, it's early days and I know how tiring and stressful surgery like this is. Give it 6 months before you assess the outcome. If you want to chat or someone to listen then hit me up, I'm a post-op in Montreal... Mx

  • Sending good thoughts and prayers to You and Erin. Watching from bleachers and cheering ya on! GO MAX! GO ERIN!

  • Hey, I think you will look great once the swelling subsides, but like you said that could take a while. I feel for you, it must be really destabilizing, demoralizing and frustrating to see yourself this way right now, but I wouldn't form too much of an opinion about your new face before it heals.

There are a number of supplements you can take to accelerate the healing. Are you taking oral vitamin E or antioxidants of any sort?

  • Sorry to hear you are still feeling down. You are in my thoughts. BIG HUG!

  • Do as much as you can afford to in one go. Don't drag it out step by step. That would be a horrible waste of time and money. But really it's about letting go of the old you. If you can't face that, then it's better to stay out of the kitchen. That's like transitioning halfway so you can hold on to your old male things?! Better not to do it at al then and find contentment if you can as you are. I couldn't. I suspect I'm not the only one. To each their own.

  • There is no one way to transition. To each their own way, according to their own comfort level.

  • Yes, it is your journey, and yours alone. I hope that you begin to find peace along the way. I believe you will. Best wishes. Hug :)

  • you got lots to say. on and on....nonetheless you are a brave girl. wouldn't be my choice. but I can imagine. Take care sweetheart X

  • Hi,

I am Lisa and want to say you look great girl! Hang in their. I am going to have my FFS with same doctor September 15th and am excited but little nervous.

  • sucks tosee you hurt, wish i could cheer you up. my toughts are with you,get well, soon sis.

  • Girl, you will do great! Just have positive thoughts and dont let anyone bring you down. Work it! Embrass it! Just be you.

  • I think you look great, and that your real face hasn't revealed itself fully yet. I think you're right about not all at once for FFS, and I'm sorry this has been so rough on you. I can't help thinking that a few years out you're going to be so glad you did this.

  • I think that you should wait until the swelling is completely gone then look at before and after and if the result is what you wanted technically then make up your mind if how you've been treated is worth the end result. I think you'll be a very pretty young woman by all accounts.

  • I am about to under go FFS and I decided also due to money factors to start with the brow shave heal and then see the next major target is on my face if indeed there is one.

This way I feel I can slowly control my face to a degree of change that I am content with.

However I am and may I ask you if you felt after surgery that you didnt want to look in the mirror coz of fear of the result???

I think you look good, I hope it gets better for you.depression isnt fun.

    lots of love Cazzii

  • Fear? No. I'd rather face reality, whatever it is, than try to hide from it.

  • I understand what you mean, take alook at my video's I really dont think I have a chance at passing ever and im like 27yrs just hope this helps me,

it is a big thing and planning is key I guess and to all areas of transition

  • I have been watching your transition, and as something that hasn't even started, I can only wish mine goes half as well as yours. You think now that your face looks too childish, that's because most of your features are hidden behind your swelling. This, like the pain, shall pass. Don't get discouraged! It's been just 20 days and the results look nothing short of amazing! Keep in mind that going off the hormones affects your mood. Know that you are not alone. We are cheering for you!

  • Overall, I think you look better. You do look a lot younger, almost cherub-like, but that's mostly from the swelling. Once the roundness goes away: the sex.

    So cheer up!

  • Did you get any virtual ffs pictures done or have any results shown to you? Do you think that would have helped you predict what you'd look like?

  • No, I don't think it's a good predictor. They honestly can't know what the doctor will do to your bones.... Only speculate and use photoshop to make your photo look more feminine.

  • You look very different from before but you look very pretty. Hang in there

  • I'm sorry you're down...but trust me you look beautiful. I'm sorry about the doctor....I had a red flag go up when I heard Erin say they didn't call her after the surgery...that is unprofessional.

  • You look extremely feminine and very pretty. Are you taking estrogen?

  • I don't see myself transitioning without hormones. See my recent video about my hormone regiment for more information about what I'm taking...

  • I think you look GREAT!! I have a PhD in biology and wish I did what you've done and doing now during my grad days. Stay true to your desires, you will not regret it! Healing takes time and many variables affect it, including the amount of work you had done. Yes you looked really good before hand but now you look 100% girly and passable and that was the goal. Your face will settle and with it your anxiety about your looks. Think positive energy and where you want to go, not looking back.

  • Look, everyone heals at diffrent rates. I think the work looks fantastic, it may be another month or two before you are totally without swelling, give it time a few months discomfort is nothing comapred to looking great the rest of your life.

  • It is not defamation to share your experiences. If the doctor is not good please share everything (especially their name over and over and over). People should know about these things. Congratulations on everything though.

  • You look like a little doll right now... Very cute. I love the hairline and the nose the best. What is your favorit part? It is not defamation to mention your experience and what you feel.I would love to know what you liked about him and what you did not. I would love to know the real reasons you are disatisfied. Remember this really helps others on their Journey. Thank you so much for posting your videos! It will all work out I am sure! Hugs!

  • I think that if I make a video where I *honestly* talk about all ways in which I feel I wasn't well treated, it would be such a bad advertisement, that I would be putting myself at legal risk.

To put it shortly, why I'm dissatisfied. In my opinion: *huge* lack of professionalism. I believe doctors should treat their patients with more regard.

Good things about him: he's ahead of many others in technical terms. Local surgeons I met didn't even know how to perform a scalp advancement.

  • hold in there...your body has gone through a grera shock. I will be doing the surgeries seperate i want my brow and thats all i really want. Give it time you will be fine you just did a whole lot together all at ounce. I bet you will look great in a bit more time. It has been amazing trip watching you go through this. I cant wait to see you in 4 weeks...as for looking childlike that is just the swelling round features are just the swelling.

  • there is a yahoo ffs support group for girls post op and pre op ffs and you can share your experiences and opinions on docters, have you herd of it?

  • one thing ive noticed alot of girls get after ffs is a chin implant. because after shaving down the shin it does round things off alot and leaves the shin usually shallow. i think if you look great but if you want a more mature look or something to offset the roundness a small chin implant could help angle it out.

  • I've already thought about it. It just seems like my chin doesn't have a super "natural" shape as it doesn't have that bump at the bottom anymore. I will wait to see the final result before I seriously consider it, however.

  • Superbe.

    Ton visage a beaucoup arrondit.

    Bonne convalescence.

  • I saw videos of other FFS and they all took 6 to 8 weeks to heal. Is a long process and it takes time. You do look different but you look 100% female and beautiful. Your new round features are extremely femenin. I know it must be shocking waking up with a new look, but hopefully long term you will love your new look. Be patient, and wish you the best.

  • Be patient. Be strong. It just a matter of time. Kisses.

  • I really and truly appreciate your honesty in these updates. You're not glossing over the negative aspects of the procedure and telling it like it is. That really helps people like me give informed consent when it's my turn.

You've just had major surgery and it will take time to recover. When the swelling goes down I think you'll be happy with the results.

Excuse the pun - Keep your chin up. You'll be okay. I promise.

  • Give it more time!

    Roundness/puffness will definitely subside

  • U look great! Thank you for being honest about your ffs experience. Letting people know about the positive along with the negatives will help those that seek the same path. The lesson learned here is to do ffs in steps. We have to remember that surgeons are in it to make a buck therefore never let a surgeon pressure you into a procedure you don't want. Sometimes making "subtle" changes are best. Good luck!

  • Nope. Not ruined at all.

Please respect her choice. It's her body, isn't it, after all.

U will get a lot these anti-surgery types coming out of the woodwork now. Dont let them get to u in these most difficult times.

Maybe consider not being so open anymore. It's a shame, but I dont want to see u get hurt by these ones.
