For people who are having trouble at Sims Video Capture Quality:

To get good video quality on your movies, you have to go to options while playing The Sims, and find the camera symbol, i think, and where it says "Video Capture" or something like that, put it on High. Also, the "Video Capture Size" needs to be on large. While filming, the game process may run a little slow, but when you edit the movie later, it's all worth it! Trust me! It worked for me! Hope this helped.
