@luuko656 Down there in the crankcase is the camshaft and as in nearly every US V8 engine these are bars. They're used to move the valves on top of the cylinder for that, this is no OHC engine. Means, there is only one camshaft and not 2 per each cylinder bank.
@Oldenways i was referring to the pluming on the UNDERSIDE of the engine, i found out that its the intake manifold for the cylinder fuel supply, going trough the oilsump. thanks anyway.
We have this engine in our Socata Rallye, a lot of Cessna 152s have these or the Conti 0-200 in them, I suspect the Aerobats have a larger 130hp in them.

The data plate is suppose to be mounted on the sump and not the crankcase. FYI

what does that powerplant goin in? an aerobat? that engine when new isint much over 100hp. the continental 0-200 makes 100hp.

This model gets 115hp i think. The L2A makes 118hp...
