hey i go to Lincoln High where dewitt stuckey goes to school at and from what i have been hearing from a lot of people is that stuckey did fight but he did not kick the kid in the face. stuckey also was placed in jail but was bailed out for 75 grand. stuckey right now still has his scholar and is still going to going to graduate in 1 week when lincoln graduates but if they convict him of felony then he may lose both the scholar and his chance to walk if they charge him before the 5th of june.

he's headed to University of Oregon, not Oregon State... please don't confuse the two. UofO probably won't drop him, cuz they don't care about the personal quality of life that their players have as long as they produce on the field. Oregon State most probably WOULD drop him, or at the very least cut back some of his scholarship benefits and keep him on some sort of probation.
