I remember the first time I heard you sing. It was in Jazz band right after you played your flute, and your saxophone. You were---are SO talented. SO talented. <3 RIF
Love you honey. I was behind you on the risers why you sang this, i remember that night, I could only see the back of your head, but i was smiling the whole time. After the King and I set you went back to your place next to me. You wouldn't have it any other way <3
What a wonderful musician, with the voice of an angel. So tragic how she died. :( I didn't know this video existed until it came to my attention through one of her best friends.
Emma, I didn't know you, but I know your sweet & gentle father. You must have been an angel on earth because you were of him. Your death has deeply affected people you never even met...your beautiful energy continues to flow through this earth. Peter, my heart aches for you more than you'll ever know. I pray that Emma showers you from above with courage and strength.
Such a loss, such a bright, talented young lady. I didn't know her, but as a flute teacher myself, and having lost a student a while back, know how painful it is. How wonderful to have known her and had her for the time that she was with you............
I thought so as well. Crying tears from the sky. Emma was a gifted musician: flutist and singer and catching up as a saxophonist and clarinetist so that she could eventually major in music and or be in a Broadway pit orchestra. I will miss her terribly and the world will miss her gifts.
I was looking on Youtube to find a good performance of Whistle a Happy Tune for my kids to see and I actually think this is the nicest performance, including the movie King and I version. It's fantastic, especially considering it's done by kids.
Emma--
