I have been waiting for my injured foot to heal so I can go hiking again. I have been confined to the house a lot and I am a little surly. Maybe instead of fuck I will say "KITTENS!!!!".
I think the sweetness combined with the fresh fruit aroma of a Gewurztraminer marries nicely with duck however I would even consider Australian Shiraz as a welcome accompaniment to to a rich roasted duck.
