The Lament of Hermes, read by Graham Hancock

Is this the purpose of the lament of Thoth? Who is this god first of which Thoth speaks? Is it the first mistake, the praise of GAOTU, perhaps? and then does he change his thought pattern to recognize the Father of All Things that will provide hope once all evil comes to its fulfillment of time? This is what I believe to be what Thoth is lamenting, his recognition of where he turned on his path and his sorrow for what he caused...beautiful and remarkably true.

This reading is similar to bk of Revelations. There is only ONE true God, not gods and while he has provided everything we would need to survive on planet Earth ( garden of Eden ), people have never been content with it and continue to say that THEY are Gods ( tree of knowledge/forbidden fruit ) and proceed on destroying what God has made. It is written that in the end times, there would be a return to paganism. You can see the ( rising ) sun worship everywhere on everything..coming new age. :/

If you study the recordkeeping of Rome in that day you will find that there is little evidence for Pontius Pilate yet we know he existed, proof being The Pontius Pilate Inscription in Caesarea. no official record has been preserved of any report which Pontius Pilate, or any other Roman governor of Judea, sent to Rome about anything. And only rarely has an official report from any governor of any Roman province survived.
