  • who thought you that punk. giving wrong information. you better go put ribbons around the flowers if you think you can handle that

  • @Pommes1983 The way he has bandaged is correct... As a fitness / boxercise instructor i am appaled someone has posted that up as it is soo dangersous.. With handshoes or not

  • i dont like this wrapping either.

  • Sorry but Ive seen better and shorter wrappings :/ also it looks kinda ugly and too fat

  • What are you doing ??? by tieing it that way you run risk of a broken scafoid, please if you are going to post somthing please do your reasearch !!!!

  • are those the 180 inch or the 108 inch?

  • How long is the wrap? Where do you buy those long wraps? mine are something like 6ft and I can't wrap them as many times

  • @walatalalaw you need to look for the wraps at say skill level 3. you can get them at big5 sears or any sporting good store.

  • is it possible to buy those online?

  • @Stig0fream Yes, try amazon

  • @Stig0fream

try titlemma.com if you want real equipment.

  • This is actually wrong because there has to be an open space in the middle of the palm and your wrapping it all sloppy

  • Nothing professional about that wrap, plus you sound like derek zoolander.

  • Cheers bro the way I had been wrapping was causing a nasty pinch in my wrist.... actually stopped wrapping until I thought to search this.

  • For 60k views on a video for someone who can't spell professional..either way. Good video.

  • that's a gay wrist.

  • Bad wrap for your hands.. you never wrap over your palm..

  • FUCKING TOOO FAST!!!

  • of course a black man teaching us how to wrap hands to fight

  • thats the worst hand wrap ive ever seen, god rest your soul somalian crack baby

  • u dont even understand the purpose of a handwrap based on what ur teaching

  • Ok... Mine are 180's too but I have like 5 feet of wrap left over at the end wtf..............

  • Excuse me,my intencion is not to ofend. But this technique is not the best, you can look my way on my chanel.best regards

  • @TheKruRosu I have seen your video, but this tech is better for boxing, because you can close the fist completely without the risk of broken fingers.

  • @Pommes1983 but the way he has wrapped it he will break is scaphoid bone! never pull the thumb in towards the hand.. always away..

  • @Hendeh10 That depends on your handshoes. I only use handshoes with a fixed thumb and with that it works pretty well. No problem to make impacts with 800 pounds (if you put all your bodypower into your hand with a karatehit).

  • Thats a fucking terrible handwrap, look how untidy it is and its to big on the wrist you couldnt even fit that in your boxing glove

  • you and me are almost the exact same guy

  • @URBANNINJA756 except the fact that i have normal videos

  • @URBANNINJA756 yeah like the real guy said. you make trolling videos and if thats you your deffintly not black....

  • u have weird hands

  • That's an uhhhhhhh, "interesting" wrap you got there.

  • How long does the tape last

  • so does he only go around 2 fingers

  • does any know how 2 tie leg wraps???

    pls help

  • Thanks man, great video, this helped... =]

  • That is the worst handwrapping job I've ever seen. You don't even know what you're doing.

  • can these be used for weight lifting?

  • @anuragsharma08 no doubt it would make it more comfortable, but theres plenty of decent leather weightlifting gloves for 15$

  • @GlenRoyTee yeah makes sense to buy leather gloves instead...thanks :)

  • this is mad weird because the is more padding on the palm of ur hand then on the knuckles.

  • Never wrap your hands this way. I love everlast equipment but this is completely wrong for boxing. use 180 inch Mexican style wraps for the best protection they're the closest to wrapping like gauze and tape.

  • those are 180 correct?

  • @NicksNewHits you are correct

  • @UrbanNinja56 now i have advanced handwraps and they feel better than my 108 wraps. wud the 180's be better

  • @NicksNewHits its all personal preference just when you have 180 the wrap is long, therefor you wrap it many times and it provides good protection.

  • A little help With my hand wraps wheni wrap my wrists theres a problem. You see my wrists always really heart and bend when i punch hard but i still wrap them really tight any tighter and my hnd goes blue and numb and still hurts a little. HELP

  • @ThePrancingStallion well you dont necessarily have to wrap it tighter, just add more layers to your wrist. And if your wrist keeps on hurting you should take it easy with the punches, for example dont punch your hardest, work your way up to punching hard.

  • @UrbanNinja56 Would 180" be good for same size hands? how tight should the wrap be?

  • wow, looks like more layers than a Danish pastry.

  • Great tutorial man, very informative.

  • You have very nice hands.

  • And are they cotton ones ? Or Mexican (stretchy)

  • @CG96ps3 i personally do not like mexican style, and this video is for the cotton ones

  • @UrbanNinja56 what's the difference between mexican and other style wraps? i never knew the difference between mexican and other hand wraps.

  • Hey man what length are your wraps ?

  • @CG96ps3 that video is for 180

  • Hey, thanks alot. I just recentely purchased an Everlast Heavy bag and it came with the wraps but I've never used them. The other videos on here weren't as clear or as well explained as yours and I wasn't able to finish the wrap because my wrap's a little shorter than everyone elses...you got me hooked up. Much appreciated.

  • @LunaVarga13 yea no prob glad i can help remember to subscribe, have fun and good luck with your training

  • @LunaVarga13 Hi! Yours are not the only ones that seem shorter than everyone elses'! There's no way I can do this much wrapping with the wraps that came standard with the Everlast equipment, I guess I'll have to buy myself a new pair!!

  • @john2000cash there's two different lengths of wraps. the one he used in the video is 180 where you wrap in between the fingers...I'm assuming the one you have are 108 you wrap them differently than you do 180. You don't wrap between fingers with the 108 because then you run out of fabric. so basically 180 you wrap between fingers and 108 you don't wrap between fingers.
