  • if I may dedicate this to me and my best friend, who is no longer here, but WAS, and we listened to this so many times for so many different situations, and "situations' we always had one. I miss my friend.

  • They were just as good.... no even better live

  • you're not the only one

but I'm far too proud you're

    you're young

    but I know, I know, I know, I know

I'm far too proud to talk to you any day

but if you do, don't you know

that I don't mind, no, no, no

  • I enjoy this band more than The Smiths

  • Even today reviewers compare singers of new bands with Harriet singing, they write “she sounds like or in the style like Harriet Wheeler” but they never really are, Harriet remains there shining at the top.

    Great upload!

  • used to play this to a girl i liked when a teen. I'm 31 yrs old now, but when i played it to her and we sat in silence it is one of the most amazing memories for me... :)

  • @8019THEDUDE yes yes yes - did it with entire Sundays albums

  • Some of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard are by the Sundays--including this one.

  • three albums loads of eps and not one track that even comes close to being anything less

than superb this is one of the greatest ever bands

  • If you like the Sundays....check out Lindsay and Isaac on YT. They're a talented couple who have a sound just as lovely!

  • Always wondered why they never performed this song live. My 2nd favourite on the RWA album behind "Here's Where..."

  • I was such a Harriet-wannabe. Wore my hair like that and everything in '89-90. Ha. Those were the days. x

  • Wish I could have seen them live...
