  • Yeah exactly what your saying the body isn't made to bench press or doing one type of stiff movement, The body is made to hunt saber-tooth or run a few miles.

    That's why i find your training perfect because your doing all sort off different movement and that's what makes the body lean and grow in the most natural way.

    And i think you should still be able to trow a punch and wipe your own ass ;)

  • yeah i hate long workouts...ive been into bodybuilding since i was like 13 so i know a lot about working out and 45 minute workouts are the best way to go!
