@LambertEliza With the type of thinking you have, it will not be long before you are too old, you know what I'm sayin'? When people tend to think a certain way being unable to grow and fathom the boundless possibilities, that's when they begin to die.
@FazRulezZ4ever I think you don't know the meaning of the word senile. James Avery is definitely not senile, not even slightly based on this interview. However, he may have a medical condition, like an allergy or a condition from being overweight, but I'd rather not speculate.
Terrible interviewer. And so what if he's aged, fresh prince was filmed like 20 years ago, he's like what....64? Jesus, leave the dude alone he seems like a great guy.
@h8ryj As much as it hurts, they are all getting older.. some older than others, we need to remember, oneday. we wont have a will smith, James Avery, or anyone else from the Fresh Prince cast.. Wish they could stick around for ever,,, but im the same age as jaden, so us teens will be able to watch Jaden follow in wills footsteps maybe?
Geez People can be so unbelievable.. this obsession with looks ..its 22 years since the show first aired and 16 years since it ended.. we are all desined to grow old and experience the degeneration of the body associated with aging..wear and tear susceptibility to ailments diseases illness organ malfunction and break down.. Every throwing uncomplimentary remarks about inevitability of this transition is in for a big surprise when it hits them.. we are only young once .. use it..

What is it with all the morons posted comments about James looking older than he did in Fresh Prince. For god sake the man is older now so what. That show ran more than 15 years ago of course he will have changed since. You are all aging so shut the fuck up!
I could imagine Will walking in and interrupting him and saying, "Damn Uncle Phil, where were you!? At The Walking Dead rehearsal!?" lol I'm stupid I'm stupid
I think he was replaced by a clone. They do that to the stars in Hollywood. He is not the same guy of Fresh Prince. Synthetic people they are called. They are replacing the human race with copies. We reached the end.
Love to the big fella a wonderfully warm actor who for me was the cement in fresh prince, the interviews have to give him credit and stop the will smith questions but actualy apart from that great interview.
James Avery not only looks alot different now, but his voice sounds alot different. I know it's been 15-20 years since Fresh Prince was on, but still it's remarkable how much he's changed.
THEYRE ALL SUCH LEGENDS! THEY MADE PART OF MY CHILDHOOD JANET HUBBERT, JAMES AVERY, WILL SMITH, TATYANA ALI, KARYN PARSONS AND JEFFREY MISS THEM SO MUCH XD
@EdMagikTV actually no. he reminded me of a video by the youtube user CJFOL. if you look him up and watch his videos you will see what i mean. you guess is you wont like his videos, but i think their funny.
is he sick? is he dying? he's like that old family dog that you want to take out on that one last "special ride of the park" sorry to say I love James Avery...but dude!!! damn I dont want to get old >_< i see what getting old does and i don't want that or i'll lock my self away from everyone.
@ClearOutSamskaras Everyone ages, but not everyone gets old, depending upon what you consider to be old. Age is relative, but for sake of argument, let's say old is age 40 or greater.. There are many people who never get to see age 40. To me, that IS a BAD THING. By the way, everyone does grows up. I think you are confused.
hey check out my music video, Guarantee you will not waste your time watching it, & im not just saying that these other rapper, but leave feedback & support me, thats all im asking for rite now

@TheCreativeJournal Yes! Freda Payne! What a pleasant surprise it was to see her on the red carpet.
By the way, there are literally thousands of celebrities. We often don't know who to expect at any given event. Frankly, I don't watch much TV probably because I spend much time producing content for it, so even I don't know everyone on the red carpet, but as I meet them, talk to them, and produce these videos of them, I learn more about them. It's a fun and educational experience for all.
@EdMagikTV Thanks for the info, I really don't know anything about red carpet events and the behind the scene work that it takes but now I do. Continue doing a great job!
@JimBryanMusic Whoa! I'm listening to your music and it sounds so computer programmed. I suggest you alter the intonation of the instruments and percussion so it's not so repetitive. I also produce music.
About your comment and Joey's interviewing skills: I'm working with him to help him improve, so if you have any suggestions that can help him improve, please contribute. One suggestion I had is for Joey to slow his speech down a bit. That will help.
Sorry if I offended you but that's really how he came off (this is the internet, it's nothing personal), I'm sure you would feel the same way if you didn't know Joey and I would stick up for Joey as well if I knew him personally.
James Avery even said, "Talk to a man..." Meaning he would rather have a conversational interview with Joey as opposed to having fired sometimes random questions at him.
My advice for Joey is to have relevant questions ready so you can set the course of the conversation and listen to the person you're interviewing so you can adjust/change your questions if necessary. Keep in mind that people get tired of the same "interviews" but will always be open to a real conversation (unless you catch them at a bad time of course). Hope that helps, peace!
@JimBryanMusic Great advice! Thank you. One thing I often do is have a discussion with the host to determine which questions are relevant. You hit on one of the last things I told Joey and I hope you see the change in his forthcoming interviews, namely last night's interview with Los Amigos Invisibles.
@JimBryanMusic No offense taken. However it is my view that if I give criticism, I also offer a solution, and I cannot be doing the very same thing that I'm being critical about; otherwise, the conclusion is that the criticism is personal even in an impersonal setting like the Internet. I often offer opportunities to people who seek to do hosting and performing. It helps people who are already in the performing arts improve their communication skills and gain confidence. -EM-
