if a hologram is emitted in the air it looks perfectly the same

hologram tv! By using a spatial light modulator

to recreate heat patterns and recreating it with

a laser makes it reality! Then, you could project

them in mid-air by using a wind blower with a

special kind of dust, this dust catches the light

and that causes the hologram to appear in

mid-air. So you're wrong sorry to say.

Every article I have read on the device (such as the CNN one) says that to make it actually work, will take decades more research. You see he only invented a way to SHOW Holograms...not a way to record them in a way that makes it possible to capture the approx 30 fps needed for moving images!
