A very inspirational video.I feel kind of bad because you credited me with inspiring you to exercise, but I haven't been doing it since the end of my fitness challenge. And I can feel the difference. I will be starting a new "challenge" next week, on my birthday. Thank you for inspiring ME to be active and to seek perfect health.

It's not good to eat wild edibles near the road (pollution, exhaust, chemical runoff, etc.)
