@CallofDutyAllGlitchs these are the bonus weapons for the german version as the german version is censored (no gore, no fire, bodies disappear, green blood on the xbox, ...) as some sort of compensation. if you play online with a german you will have these weapons too in the campaign. and you although have his "hack/mod menu" which is simply the console (you can look it up how to activate it, its not cheating, hacking or whatever)

These aren't secret. Valve added them into the game only for Germans, as a consolation prize for the game being heavily censored. They're unaccessible for non-Germans, unless they're playing with a German, or using console commands shown on the video.
