the religion that can be accepted at an international ground, is the hinduism, because it explains true essence of the Dharma. it is not restricted in the concept that god has no form and idols should not be worshiped. it converts non formal character of god to the formal one in order to make the worshipping of god esier. although vedas teach the nonformal character of god.

This is one of the best speeches that explains the essence of the vedas in a terse and short approach. Only such a great disciple and guru could give such a extolling speech. I am sure many people in the audience must have found the contents of the speech unrealistic but it was Swami Vivekanada's responsibility to shed the ignorance of the people in the west and their false beliefs they had implanted in their brains about the vedic dharma and the religions originating from India.
