And she's better than that. Javier is about real music. If Beyonce would do that, she'd sell even more records than she does now. As good as she is, I think she can be even better.

Blame the consumers for not demanding, seeking out, and buying quality music and falling for the okey-doke that radio and record labels sell them. Hopefully, he'll get his due from his appearance on The Voice. I've been a fan for years and wondered why we hadn't heard more from him.

My lady friend was telling me about Javier on the Voice and I told her that guy was with Capitol Records and has released a total of 4 albums. She thought I was lying until I pulled out the CDs. He clearly has been the most talented person on that show so far and if he doesn't win, somethings wrong. He wasn't nervous and has great range. Half the people on that show were professional singers at some point. Many of them have been backup singers and that's as far as the ones over 30 will go.

Lawd, this dude is IT. I've been following him for the last 8 years, completely disappointed with the lack of exposure he's recieved. I always make a point to tell people about him, esp the debut album, and its funny to have these same people come back and say HEY! Isnt that the same Javier you told me about?? LoL

My lady friend was telling me about Javier on the Voice and I told her that guy was with Capitol Records and has released a total of 4 albums. She thought I was lying until I pulled out the CDs. He clearly has been the most talented person on that show so far and if he doesn't win, somethings wrong. He wasn't nervous and has great range. Half the people on that show were professional singers at some point. Many of them have been backup singers and that's as far as the ones over 30 will go.

He was absolutely gorgeous back in the day and he is still amazingly gorgeous now! I remember jamming to this song in the car literally EVERY TIME I got in it...haha. So glad Javier is back!!!!!

I know this song by heart. I sing it well too, acapella. His voice is amazing. HE must have gotten blackballed or something. His talent has gone almost unnoticed for too long.

I'm really excited that he's getting a second chance. I was a big fan of his first album back in college, and, maybe because they played it a lot more in LA, I thought it was a bigger hit than what it was. Regardless, the moment he started singing I knew exactly who he was - a brilliant musician who the world needs to embrace!

I really hope he wins "The Voice".... I liked him before and I am glad he is getting the opportunity to showcase his talents in a way that he can truly benefit from.... He is not just a singer, he is clearly an artist.... guitar and all... and even if he does not win I am confident he will go far after this exposure.... I can't believe Javier was on The Voice tonight. My sister and I were arguing over whether or not that was him, hilarious. Google magic settled the argument. I used to LOVE him, and then he fell off the map. Good to see him back on TV; I just hate to see that he has to resort to a singing competition. His talent is so much bigger than that.

Anyone who listened to his second album would know why his career fell.. He started deviating from who he is was an artist.. And poor writing. Immaculate voice though.. He has that Eric Benet type of clarity
