The mat is basically plywood, plywood with springs, and one-inch thick padding.

Ermm... i think it was really good at the start but when at the ucw heavyweight match came it got a bit sloppy plus 1 question were do u get mats like the one in ur video and built it self back up again so keep oupp the good work.
