To people trying to do this with a second controller... DON'T press start on your second controller at the very start of the game, but rather start your 'normal' first controller game and THEN press start on the second controller.

I did do it at the very start, chose a hero and started the storyline and now the doors are bugged for me because I went into co-op, which fucks it all up. Ugh.

@makyster did you download the new DLC traitors keep ? and did u have some demon door open b4 u downloaded it? if yes it glitched dude and you need to start a new character to get it, that happened to me i had 5 demon doors opened and i was left with millfields demon door and b4 opening millfields demon door i downloaded new dlc traitors keep and then left the millfields demon door for later and i opened demon door in new dlc and it said 1/7 demon doors so it glitched ;/
