Hi Christophe, I love your videos. I wanted ask about how you've become successful. I noticed some of the suggestions you gave below, but had a question. How can I get around wealthier individuals? Where do I start? I want to surround myself with them, but don't know how to find them or what to offer them. Thanks again for the great videos.
Hi Christophe choo, i am absolutely in love with this house, but there is just one thing there strikes me, why don´t we se some of the other bedrooms, and inside the garage?
@darreljul I can tell you this home was very livable, we lived there for a while and used every room except the guest bedrooms, had many parties from intimate dinners for 4-16 to having 400+ people at large events. When you have that many guest you need a lot of bathrooms. This house was built for entertaining and it did it's job quite well!
Hello Christophe, My name is Nadia from Australia.... im looking to do a real estate course... have you got any suggestions for me?.. or work experience :P be my mentor? :)
@Christophechoo Poor is a mindset, NEVER say you are poor, you may be in a temporary circumstance of lack of money right now, but this is a moment in time. Are you saying positive affirmations every day? Reading self help books, writing down your goals, creating vision boards? And you MUST surround yourself with people much more successful and wealthier than you are. You income will always be the average of the the 5 people you most spend your time. Who are you spending your time with?
@GunWhisperer Your comments are very funny, yes as a matter of fact I have seen all the homes next to, around and in the area of the Playboy Mansion. They are all unique in their own right. I just sold the one across the street for $11 million as a tear down. He just sold his ex wife's house next door for $18 million, and the other two next door also sold for $9.8 and $13.5 million in the last 12 months.
@Christophechoo It's okay Christophe, poor people are always resentful of things they can't afford. So they lash out, like your uncouth commenter above.
Yes, this is very nice and am partial to the L.A. area as I am from so. Cal, but I much prefer the natural beauty and general ambiance of several locales in the south of France, particularly Nice, ST. Jean Cap Ferrat, Antibes, and Villefranche-sur-Mer. Which by the way, isn't that where the estate owned by Safra was sold for $750,000,000? A bit over priced??
i've been watching your youtube videos for the beautiful homes your selling, just want to say keep up the great work...hopefully one day when i finish school and start making good money i could come down to LA and purchase one of your properties
Very rich people yes, snobs NO! The previous owners are friends of ours and are lovely extremely down to earth people although they lived very well. The new owners are also not snobs and are lovely people. Rich or poor, there are good and bad in each. There are a lot of very people that are not snobs. We don't look down on others only we do like to have the best in life.
Well, i just hope you know that love can't by happiness. Oh, and how in the hell did they get the moneY?? What the hell do they do for a living to be zillionaires??????

have you ever seen any properties near the playboy mansion on sale ?
me personally no matter how rich you are, its better to have a 10 smaller houses or condos located near hot girls.
who the hell wants to live near and hang out with bunch of fat old wrinkly ponzi schemeing turds on the golf course.
hugh hefner is god.
