Wonderful talent everywhere and its all good, but someone has to agree with me that there have been a couple times lately when Ellen Page clearly should have shot herself in the foot rather than partake in the making of some of her recent films.

Marion Bridge, Pit Pony, Hard Candy Juno, Tracey Fragments, Mouth to Mouth, wonderful pieces of art.

But Inception, Peacock, and some of the releases soon to be have not and don't begin to look like the quality scripts she's accepted in the past.

I agree, she chooses her films so that she can convey a great story and message to people, while Inception was a strategically wise choice made for financial gain at her career, at least out of Inception she might have the longevity of a career that can be expanded do more movies like Super.

hey amuttnamedcindylou if you don't like the film that's fine, it's good you have an opinion and not just saying i didn't like to balance out the overwhelmingly positive reviews, audiences who loved it and an oscar for best original screenplay. Award fixing some might cry but Juno is far from banal or schmaltz i my opinion, risks were taken big studios would have changed alot if they were in charge Jason Reutman's first film shows risks were taken, in case you felt there was no risks.
