The most hazardous section of the infamous San Andreas Fault lies just to east side of the Salton Sea so that's a huge hazard and not to be mean but personally this youtube video reeks of someone's desperate attempt to sell off their first attempt at a "Flip Property". Seriously what's to prevent someone from going in there with a really small amount of cash, slap some new paint on the walls and add new cheap warehouse discount carpet and a couple ceiling fans and try and flip it for 85? Sad!

@varaques AHAHHAHA yes this is true. it also filled with abandoned houses, its 110 degress farenhiet in the summer and gets down to 40-50 in teh winter (at night in the desert). oh and did i mention its a desert!? :)
