Reading alot of comments where people are only drinking water to replace their hunger, to a extent this is okay but dont use water as your main diet because your body does need protein and vitamins that you get from food, so what im trying to say is dont drink tons of water then eat a little fatty food and think your losing weight, what you should ideally do is eat 3 times a day with a healthy portion drink water though not that 1.5ltrs bullcrap cause you get water from food aswell and exercise.
That is so true I just ate like 2 chicken patties and a Hot Pocket hehe I was hungry I usually don't eat this much but when I drank water I was no longer hungry 80% of your body is water so you do need more water then food.
