Hy. this isn't working like an"jet" engine, it doesn't glow and doesn't smoke .too fast started and the max rpm has been low.. It is fake, That is my opinion.

There is a point to this test....the turbo is spooled at a retarded high rpm. Faster and harder than you can spool a turbo in a car. Its a strength test.

実車への搭載そのものの法規制は聞いたことが有りませんが、始動­できる状態なら原動機と見なされて車検に通らないかと思います。

燃料の貯蔵と騒音以外の法規制は見当たりませんでした。

so people use turbos because they are available... but does a real jet engine have the same physical layout? I would have thought it would be more in-line.. does that make sense? Like one part in front of another part in front of yada yada, this thing has bits off to either side and such.

yer mate, the modern jet engine is a complete axial flow, in which the compressor is in stages of rotors and stators instead of a centrifugal rotor and surrounding diffuser as seen here, and the air flows through it in the logical way you'd expect, and the turbine wouldnt be a radial inflow design like this, again that would be axial with the gas expanding through it parallel to the axis of rotation rather than in at a tangent and redirected, so all in line, its cool stuff.

When starting, my engine sprays compress air on the "turbine blade" with one nozzle. (It is not a compressor. )

The ball bearing turbo is used.
