@johnny141093 I think the time signature is 4/4 in the first 4 bars and 6/4 in the fifth, or 4/4 in the first 5 bars and 2/4 in the sixth. and the right hand follows that time signature, it's just syncopated
I like the slightly faster tempo, it comes closer to the divertimento figure of Bach's c minor fugue, where I believe the inspiration of this song has come from
oh my my, why did he have to die?, why not Justin Beaver, daddy Yankee or Lady Gaga? (Crying loud)

any idea of a time signature anyone? :)
johnny141093 1 year ago
@johnny141093 i have no idea where to start, i think that's a good thing! ;)

@johnny141093 it's in 4/4, but the tempo is 340 :P
the ostinato on the left hand is 11 measures long. that's why it sounds polyrhythmic
Tommyfroboy 1 year ago
@Tommyfroboy I got that it was in 11/4, so that makes sense :) haha :P
johnny141093 1 year ago
@johnny141093 As he said, the left hand is 11 measures long. But the song itself is 4/4. It just gets confusing cause it doesn't feel "normal".

4/4 in the first 5 and 2/4 in the sixth :)
tommyVega 1 year ago
@tommyVega yeah, I think that is the one. both work, but hearing the music and the solos I think that is the most logical time signature
