@Gatojackal - Well, I don't know that the Titain is still available new. This truck was released about 2 1/2 years ago. Smartech has moved to new models & many new companies have released new models as well. If your looking for a top of the line 4x4 1/5 scale , Look on-line at ( Large Scale RC ) for the new MCD V4 models. These are better than this titan & sell for about the same price it did when it was released.

This was when the Titan was brand new, & it was actually the only one in the country at the time. That's why you see no jumps & the stock engine just Sucked that bad then.
We are aware of that. This video was shot when it was nearly zero degrees outside. Being one of the first ones in the US. We wanted to have more than one run with it. Just being safe.
im an old nitro truck and heli fan to me this thing goes well and sounds the parts, but a question or two does it break easy ? and how you go for parts ?
I can't speak for them all. But this one is a good one. We have had no breakage at all, in 6 full tanks of fuel. Parts are in stock & ready if someone has a problem.
I have a Titan as well, I pulled the stock engine out and fitted a CY-GP290 with a X-Can. Damn it goes as fast if not faster than a 23cc 5B Baja. I havent fitted a Jetpro as yet because i like the low down power the X-can has. Good truck and nice vid.
Yes I know that it's not nitro, but I have seen much much faster 1/5th scale monster trucks than this. Top speed from this video looks like 22mph of pure electric power from an stock E-Maxx.
Not running too rich this is how the 28cc engine sounds on these, due to the tiny transfer ports no amont of carb tuning will make these run any better at top end

A GP290 engine will help this baby out but the pipe wakes up that 28cc weed wacker engine a bit.
BTW KIRKI121 a 30.5 is a CY not a zen engine, its a modded GP290

Seems slow to me....it sounds like the motor is working very hard just to keep that thing going.
