Yes yes yes regarding maximizing strategy for tax deductions - finding the right CPA or top shelf bookkeeper is priceless and reduces stress so much! My favorite "guy" was a retired IRS agent and he was sensibly aggressive. He retired retired and I still miss him. Fun clip!
