This game, and by extension this review are a joke. Basically a slow, clunky sidescrolling beat-em-up with rudimentary 3D graphics, this doesn't compare favorably even to the PSP Assassin's Creed game, which is a full-on 3rd person adventure that looks lots better. The environments are ugly and repetitive, the animation has no weight to it at all. In fact - this version isn't even as good as the slightly uglier DS game, since at least the DS version has physical buttons to control your guy.

@paultheuplaoder I would get the ipod or iphone. I have an Ipod 2g and a PSP 3000. I am barely using the PSP now. The Ipod is so much better since you can play some of the DS games as well (final fantasy 3, for example) and PSP games, and it is touch.

It's on the PC too v.v and its graphics are best on the PC, better than the 360 and PS3 versions. The iPhone version by Gameloft is good, but seeing what they did with Shadow Guardian, it's obvious they can make a fully featured port of the real assassins creed. Good review, however.

What I liked about the console version of this game was the ASSASSIN side of things, the silent takedowns and stealth aspects. It's what Ubisoft do so well. Its a shame this is more of a hack and slash than what the game is meant to be TRULY about. Still, looks alright.

im stuck in this game. im in that mission when u have to reach a gate faster then a girl does, if u completed this u go to the sewers en then on a moment she can't walk farther becuz of a cracky pillar, i can take a bomb but then? i cant reach the pillar becuz of the space between it and if i walk to the right, there is water dropping down en i cant get past it.
