I'd type on the paper first, and instead of dabbing it, get a baking pan full of coffee and let it soak for 10min. After put it in your oven to bake at 200 degrees, make sure you watch the paper carefully. Take the paper out once it starts to curl up. I did this for my History class.

If you want to crumple the paper to make it look older i would recommend doing that after you put it through the printer.

I am sorry I could not answer your questions, but yes you should be able to put the paper through the printer after it has been dried. It worked fine for me. I would not recommend printing the paper before you put coffee on it because it might bleed a little. I would also recommend brushing as much of the coffee grains off of the paper before you put it through the printer. I have not had any problems putting it through a printer.

Burning will help depending on what you would like the paper to look like. I think if it is burned it looks like a treasure map or a pirate's map. Whatever is your preference.
