I saw them recently. They have a drummer now! JJ is a great addition. Their harmonies are so dead on and perfectly blended. They are funny too and very cute!
@XxxAshiexx I'm thinking that maybe it doesn't really matter what gender Ty is. Gender can be so fluid... Kinda nice to just let it be with out having to define it as a binary.
@Yesica1993 I'm pretty sure Ty identifies as female, but it is true that gender is fluid. I have a gender fluid friend who could be called female or male, but asks us to call her by different pronouns almost everytime I see her. In addition, there are a lot of less defined genders and people who don't like gender specific pronouns.
@2nitewepartay yeah, I mean, her personal facebook page has female pronouns, so that's what I go by, if, say, I'm making a fangirlyman post on tumblr or something, but I'll definitely use any pronouns she wants if they change around a bunch. fangirlyman. did i just coin a term?
@Yesica1993 You're confusing biological sex with gender... Since the 1300's, the word gender has been used to distinguish between masculinity and femininity.
Enjoyed the video...but when it started out, Ty's drum was drowning out the vocals and it took half the song to get more guitar sound, and blend all the elements.
I couldn't figure out why this was so disconcerting at first...I realized it's because Ty is usually in the middle! Loved the rendition. I am really enjoying the video blog. Thanks for taking the time to post. ~Emily

@jtortolani Gender is fluid? Seems to me unless you're a hermaphrodite, whether you're male or female is pretty straightforward.
