If swine flu comes "naturally" from pigs why is pork not banned? Why is there no discussion on special pig testing (beef is tested and a USDA label put on it). Why is the Port Council not concerned? Why is it that people who eat pigs do not get the H1N1 flu? There is no reason to suspect something like this is man-made. Diseases like this have developed numerous times throughout history. The diseases the settlers brought to the new world wiped out the natives in a much swifter fashion than swine flu is doing right now. They had no resistance against such diseases because they did not live in close quarters with livestock like the Europeans. As long as people raise livestock in such conditions diseases like this will continue to mutate and emerge.

This "Swine flu" is nothing like the swine flu of 1976. It is in fact a recombinant virus containing genetic material from four different originating viruses, both bird and swine. This has been widely reported. Please correct me if I'm mistaken here.

There is no reason to suspect something like this is man-made. Diseases like this have developed numerous times throughout history. The diseases the settlers brought to the new world wiped out the natives in a much swifter fashion than swine flu is doing right now. They had no resistance against such diseases because they did not live in close quarters with livestock like the Europeans. As long as people raise livestock in such conditions diseases like this will continue to mutate and emerge.

There is good reason to believe this is man made, first this strain has genomes from the human, avian, european swine and asian swine, and if you study species cross contamination and mutation of viruses you would realize there is no natural way of this happening, also this same strain was briefly released at Ft. Dix in 1976, a biological weapons research and developent facility , where two infected soldiers died from the virus and 30 civilians died form vaccine related complications.

Viruses do mix and transfer dna in nature. Swapping human dna is a common occurrence. Our genome is riddled with junk dna from ancient viruses.
The Ft. Dix incident occurred 2 years after the first paper on recombinant dna technique was published. That's damn quick advancement to go from fiddling with dna to creating new viruses.

The incentive is Millions in vaccine purchases, although there is a 94% survivability , almost as high as the common flu, 34000 americans die from that every year, but the Mass media is not talking about that because a common flu vaccine already exixts, even if it is useless. So the people that make the vaccine would benefit from a high demand for its use. True, but still hard to believe. The reason I don't buy a conspiracy like this is that 1: it would talk quite a bit of manpower to achieve, yet no one is going to bow the whistle on the operation? 2. in order to test the effectiveness of this virus on the respiratory system they'd need human subjects, another difficult thing to cover up. 3. it's a costly and reprehensible thing for not much benefit.
