Granted, we are not near where we want to be, but these things don't happen overnight. Why you'd expect it to is beyond me. No one is changing our form of government. We still have the three branches, and that will remain in tact. PS, making policy is a bipartisan endeavor. Bills are turned into law by both parties. You are a lost child it seems.
