  • well i'm about 5'11 or 6'0, but b4 jumpsoles i was jumping 9ft high...if i tried my hardest occasionally i'd get 10...after 2 weeks now, i can easily get 10, and my highest is 13...i average a number around there... i stopped though after week 2 cuz i have 2 study 4 my finals, but im telling you, these babies work..

  • I just got jumpsoles and i used them for about 2 weeks so far, twice a week, ive gained about 1-2" so far and the first 2 weeks of the workout are just to get you used to them and so you dont injure yourself, they arent even serious workouts yet, weeks 5-8 get wicked tough, thats when you get your vert going, first 2 weeks ive gained inch or 2

  • one thing that im skeptical about is how everybody is sayin that youll see results in like 2 weeks. now tell me, how in the world is that possible? its the same shit as lifting weights. it takes at least 6 months to see little results, seriously. coz i used to work out and it took me yrs to get a lil bit cut. and i logically think that it's the same thing as training jumpsoles. it may possibly work but im jst skeptical that in 2 weeks youll see results.

Originally i got these things in x mas 06 but i never really used them so i got interested again and started using them I just finished my first week 2 day today and i think ive increased vertical by an inch or 2 in one week. What i find important is that you USE the manual and obide by its resting period. These guys sound like they know what they are doing and doing too much will only cause you too lose your vertical. To anyone who doesnt know whether to buy them.. Buy them.

  • ok after using them for 6 weeks i increased vert a total of 8 inches... these things work..i no it was stupid putting up a vid w/ them on but i did. trust me if u use these you'll dramatically increase your vert. nad maybe even be dunking. also, if u use the jumpsoles while working out it makes every workout much more difficult. i highly recommend buying jumpsoles for vert, speed, and strength improvements

  • they only work for more beginner athletes I used them with decent gains but the Vertical Jump Bible owns Jumpsoles IMO
