That's not the demo, it must be the full game because they wouldn't have the Medical pavilion option show up at the back door in the demo, seeing that u never go back there normally, so it must have been the full game, but how u got there without tripping the closing door and Ryan's speech cutscene I do not know
Honestly people, don't you know anything about good video game etiquette? NEVER post spoilers (referring to the idiots who insist on posting the name of the final boss)! If someone really wants to know a spoiler, message them in private so the game is not ruined for anyone else.
if you know the cheats for ghost mode it's much more easier to get into the final room. the only thing is, try as you might you'll never be able to move onto the next level

dude... this is NOT the demo... the demo wont have the machine gun if you cant get it in the demo.... other then that.... it would have to either be the full version or hacked
It does have the tommey gun. I've got it myself all 3 times i've played the demo. But more to the point glitches happen and so I think this is a real video and not hacked
Simple download the demo and do it. It isn't hard so anyone saying it is not the demo needs to back that up. You get the tommy gun in the demo early on so I'm not sure what the complaint is.
You get the tommey gun from a body after the Big Daddy smashes the body through the screen at you (the player). Just before a a splicer comes running around a corner at you. Hope this clears things up
You can't go through. I'm working on trying to get trapped in the room and see if that might trigger being able to open the door. In the video I went too far down the stairs too fast and couldn't get back inside in time.
