Boy, this is a tough one. This elongated cloud is a bit trippy and does not seem too normal / natural compared to what I've seen before. I could explain this if this happened in California because of how their marine clouds dissipate strangely in their mountain region / ranges. But this one is too big to be dismissed as 'chemical' either.

i've seen the same clouds over vienna, austria, a few weeks ago, the same intense colours, extremely low in the sky, large and moving extremely fast. never before in my life have i seen such clouds. i was thinking at first it might be smoke from a huge fire, but there was no fire, also no reports of bad weather around that time in this area. actually it was a blue sky with white clouds very high up plus those weird clouds very low. made me stop on the street though to look up for a few mins :P
