I can see why Zeo Zords 1 and 2 were designed the way they were and had to be towed by Zeo Zords 3 and 4. Cause in Ohranger, Moa Loader (zeo zord 1) and Dogu Lander (zeo zord 2) more like horse drawn war chariots. Dash Leon (zeo zord 3) and Gran Taurus (zeo zord 4) were the horses in that case. It all fits with the ancient times part of Ohranger's theme.

Oh if you're wondering about the slots on the top of Zeo Zord 5's hatch, you could place the Zeo 3 helmet on it and leave it hanging upside while in megazord mode. Because I didn't store the other 3 Zeo battle helmets while the toy was in megazord mode, I ended up losing them.

PVC is used in toys for sharper edges like swords and smaller single-piece moving parts like cannon barrels. It's considered a "safe" material because it bends rather than creating sharp edges when it breaks.

Though cheaper and heavier than ABS, it doesn't hold its shape very well for larger complex construction, so making a toy as complex as, say, a Dlx. Megazord would be impractical. PVC is also affected by heat a little more than ABS, so it can be warped that way as well.

OK? Where do I begin. First of all Ninjor came from Earth, secondily Aquitian is pronounced a-qui-she-on, thirdly the sides of the Sphinx are just he's sides, I'm not entirely sure if they are wings, it wasen't really established, an Easter Island statue is called a Moai and you allready corrected yourself about the Dogu, which is a Japanese doll. Otherwise very informative. :) Still no Angels were harmed by the Zeo Megazord or it's flimsy plastic sword I see. :D

i really don't understand why you still examine posability features hoping that each toy will be able to conduct intricate poses. I think most people can assume that these toys are meant for children. Unlike anything like actual posable figures, these toys are meant to be played with. If you want to have in depth reviews on anything, then do it on model kits, which WILL have the posability that you desire so much

The helmet storage flap-thingy has holes on both sides so the collector has the option to store all the helmets on the megazord and display it with no helmets. Me, I generally use either 2 or 3 on the head and store 4 somewhere else because the one thing that bothers me about this entire megazord is the bull-dick. I hate that. HATE it.

@CollectionDX in kyoryu sentai Zyuranger king brachion had that gimmick where he could daizyujin around and the idea was that if daizyujin was defeated in battle he could switch to dino tanker and king brachion would pull him to safety this why titanus can do that although it was never seen in the show i'm not a 100% sure if that is .

The majority of my collection received a lot of respect, and almost never left the confines of the house (except as playmates in the car) or backyard brows in the sandbox (heresy!). Few decals & parts are missing/damaged, and paint is almost spotless. The only thing they have gained, though, is rust, dust, and a few weakening joints.

Also, very few of my toys are second-hand, and even them as close to MiSB as possible. I like clean toys.

Yes, and kinda. Most-poseable legs still goes to Dlx. Serpentera and Drive-Max Megazord.

Quite a few Megazords have had knee joints as well as partially-functional hips, so the Astro Megazord is not alone in that regard. However, the two above are not restricted per se and can actually move in human-like ways without the same kinds of restrictions (i.e. joints for transformation that coincidentally allow movement in hips & knees).

In PR that makes sense, because Ninjor made all the Ninjazords, Shogunzords, AND the Battle Borgs, even though all three types belonged to different Ranger teams.

However, in "Ninja Sentai KakuRanger" (where the footage of the Aline Rangers, Ninja/Shogunzords and Battle Borgs comes from), they all belonged to olny one team- the KakuRanger, and those symbols all belonged to them.

ABS and PVC (both acronyms) are common plastics used for many things, like toys. Soft PVC is usually used for safety reasons (blades, spikes, etc.) while ABS provides integrity, is lighter weight, and can be mold-injected to form hollow shapes.

The gimmick of the helmets should have been expanded on for a whole series of upgrade robots, but yeah it was back in the days of 1 main robo, one carrier robo, one upgrade robo, so it still did very well, too bad Ohranger didnt get much love in Japan

I don't know for certain, but as I understand it, OhRanger was planned to be much more dramatic (like DaiRanger and KakuRanger), but behind-the-scenes issues forced it to have the lighter tone that it did.

The mecha theme that was in OhRanger wasn't compatible with PRZ, so it wasn't highlighted. So, it appears to us to be just random animals & mecha (the problem with this is?), but in Japan, it was about ancient mythologies.

It's clever how they used the dogu tie in with the Egyptian motif with all the theorist with aliens in ancient Egypt. Ive always loved some of the detail the sentai series went to with the real life symbology.

the reason there are two sets of helmet connection points on the phoenix is so you can store both the phoenix and sphinx helmets there at the same time. you can even store all the helmets on the megazord an have him displayed helmetless.

Just looking at this now in this year that Zeo Battle Helmet feature looks surprisingly similar to the horrific Headers feature from this year, if ya just count the head switching part of the Skick/Seaick/Landick Brother sets. But then again at least this doesn't have all the horrid black Header sockets GoseiGreat has.

The outer pegs on the Phoenix Zord is for Zeo Megazord Helmet 5, so if you're using 1, 2, or 4's helmets, you can store both 3 and 5's helmets on the back.
