I don't see what if anything this video hoped to prove. Perhaps the sound problem (no sound) removed some useful comments.
Beware of those meters. You can't trust them to read correctly if the voltage or current they are working with is pulsing. The small black one is doubly suspect. It looks like one that I have. The micro controller inside reads from an ADC. Negative values are just discarded. This makes it wildly inaccurate at finding the average DC on an AC signal.
