I am pretty sure this is a Texas Blue Lacey because I have one. She DOES use tools all the time and I swear she has opposable thumbs. They learn by watching and human tricks like this are their favorites. she is for sure, the smartest dog I have ever had or known. Even smarter than my German Shorthair, and I didn't think that was possible.
