In Poland if you walk down a street in any Polish city you see a girl like this one about once every minute. You don't need luck, you just need to be in Poland, and just look in just about any direction. In the summer If a girl wears control top hose, which most girls in Poland do, you can see their hose tops showing when they wear very short skirts. For Polish girls to dress like this is a regular norm. They wear hosiery even with shorts. Very different than in the states.
I hope flats and hose together never go outta style I have such a weakness for them!
