Hmm just a comment from some1 who plays both.... the games are totally different only same thing is the basics and genre... Hon is overexaggerated.... in a fun way.

Lol is less action. atleast the basic map :) dominion is only action. I mean if u compare blitz hook and devo hook ull get the point. + highest stun in lol is like 3.5s from ashe. traveling the map. javelin from valkerie is 5. same skills but totally different.

I enjoyed HoN for as long as it lasted, but League is more balanced and more fun. When DoTa runs for a few months longer it's certainly gonna beat them both though. I don't see where all the hate has to come from, just because someone doesn't like the game you like doesn't mean you need to bash on him and it's obvious League has a much larger playerbase than HoN does

U don´t take 25% health from 1 hit in lvl 1. Unless u say ur dmg is around 150 at lvl 1. U start with around 40-60dmg at lvl 1. LoL have more op heroes i know that and its also pretty logical. They come out with 1 hero/week. Which means they dont have as much time to balance the abilities and concepts of the heroes as they have in HoN. In HoN they come out with 1 hero per month i think or something so they have more time to balance it with all other heroes and abilities.

something similar happened to me :D 15. minute, our gank 4v2 on the same place as this, i was myrmidon, wanted to "initiate" the gank with my magic carp, suddenly it was 4v5 and everyone on me, when i had like 100 hp our hellbringer ulties them, pebbles stun, hellbringer aoe, my stun, peb throw (and the last one hero´s aoe, i dont remember who it was) and suddenly i was with 100hp in the middle and genocide victory :D
